Amen soul sister…..I am doing the same. The beginning of November I step into Family Law. This new role, my new bandwidth, new knowledge, and old knowledge waking up, brushing off the cobwebs - searching patiently, waiting for the wings to present themselves.

I have come to far, overcome too much, I have always been motherless, and now, I am beginning to trust the mother that has always lived inside me. I am learning to trust the role that has been given birth a long time ago…..you see, my super strength is to walk thru hell and come out the other side with feet firmly planted, spine straight, shoulders back, palms outreached to sun, heart full, chin raised, eyes wide open. I will walk thru hell and back with my clients and the people I will lead……wherever my journey leads me….because it is time. I am ready.

Love this and would appreciate more details, especially in the beginning…how your sickness affected you and what came before…I can hear your voice as I read your piece…so glad we are in class, together—you are such a mothering nature in your sweet comments to all! Blessings...
